Our methodology is grounded in building trust, stability, and engagement—particularly for participants with disrupted educational or social trajectories. We recognize that consistent contact and individual attention are prerequisites for long-term participation.

In the initial phase, we focus on relationship-building. Using concrete outreach strategies, we re-establish contact with individuals who may have withdrawn from support systems. This includes low-threshold invitations, home visits where appropriate, and the involvement of familiar reference persons. Each participant is assigned a dedicated contact who initiates the first steps toward stabilization and integration, always on the participant’s terms and pace.

Where trust is already compromised, we employ alternative contact strategies—for example, leveraging peer coaches or familiar environments to reduce resistance. We also integrate trauma-informed communication techniques and culturally sensitive approaches to ensure no one is excluded due to prior negative experiences.

In the acute phase, where participants face immediate personal or social challenges—such as addiction, financial hardship, or unstable housing—we coordinate closely with specialist services. Our role is not to replace those services but to serve as an anchor: maintaining continuity, translating expectations, and helping participants navigate the system. Throughout, we document every interaction to ensure transparency and create a coherent support history.

The aim is not short-term compliance, but meaningful participation. We adapt our intensity and mode of contact to the situation, with one goal: creating the conditions in which participants can regain agency and begin to take purposeful steps toward qualification and employment.
